No kettle in the room meant trekking downstairs for hot water, which was a hassle. The shower had issues, occasionally not getting warm enough. Door to the room felt sticky, adding a frustrating twist to entry.

the bed was comfortable, but there were two long hairs on my pillow. i almost thought about giving a good review, except the shared parking was a joke. as an esteemed guest, i expected a kettle in my room, not just a trust exercise with a key. very disappointing overall, but at least the bathroom was clean-ish.
